Formed by Raymond W. (Ray) Reynolds, a retired St. Louis Police commander, with a broad investigative and administrative background. Ray served on joint federal task forces and commanded key segments of the agency, twice being awarded the Medal of Valor. He holds dual BA degrees in Business Administration and Business Management and is a graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy. He currently serves on the Firearms Committee of the International Association of Chiefs of Police.
Ray owned a police supply business for twelve years and later managed a small chain of retail gun stores. He joined Glock as Regional Manager and was elevated to National Sales Manager. After a brief stint with Beretta, Ray joined SIG SAUER as Deputy Director of Sales, eventually becoming Vice President. He and his team drastically increased SIG'S market share with innovative programs and enhanced customer service.
Reynolds & Associates was formed to provide consulting services to public safety agencies and firms involved in public safety manufacturing, distribution, sales and training. Reynolds & Associates employs a cadre of part-time professionals with expertise in these fields. Through its subsidiary, PoliceTrades.com, the company provides public safety agencies with an innovative method to dispose of unneeded firearms and ammunition, including restricted Class 3 and confiscated arms. Payment may be made directly to the agency or their vendor of choice. There is no charge to the agency for this service.
